A huge entry
So bear with me, this is going to be a long entry. I thought we were busy when Grandma and Jiddo were here, but we have had even more visitors. We had a couple days to ourselves, and we went on a bike ride to the nearby Westminster Promenade. This is a great place with a huge movie theater, an ice cream store, pizza place, other restaurants and then a plaza with these fountains of water that randomly come shooting out of the ground, which I want to run into, but I am actually kind of scared to. That was on a friday, and then that night Pappy, Dad's dad came to stay for a couple nights. It was also a weekend that Mom and Dad worked, so we were pretty busy. Pappy left on Sunday morning really early, before I woke up to go to Ariadnee's house for the day while Dad slept and Mom went to work. Then, on Monday we went to the airport early in the morning and picked up my cousin Monica. Mom was crazy. She left Zac home with Dad and only had me, thankfully, cause we went circles around that airport before she figured out what the heck she was doing. Luckily we were only 5 minutes late to pick up Monica. We went to the zoo that day and she stayed with us by herself that night. Then tuesday Nana and Pops arrived in their red pickup! We had a full house! Monica slept in my bed and I loved it! I love sleeping with people - it is so lonely by myself. I am glad Zac's crib is in my room for that very reason. So Nana and Pops and Monica stayed till Sunday morning. We took a trip up to Estes Park and stayed in nice cabin for the night. Mom was going crazy because our bedtime was getting later and later. She finally freaked out at Dad and said we had to be in bed by 8. So no more 9:30 bedtimes. Bummer. Saturday we went to Nada and Tony's housewarming party, and saw Mom's cousin Tenaya's daughter Bekah. She is 14 and also visiting ALL of us, but isn't going to stay with us till next week - she is staying with Lara and Raja for now.
So Monday mom worked and we had a great day with Dad. He took us to the pool and to the park.
Tuesday Ariadnee came over and we were going to pick up Bekah from Lara's to go to the zoo, but Mom got fed up with me running around while I was supposed to be getting dressed, so she left me at home with Dad and took Ariadnee and Zac and Bekah to the zoo. I was really mad and sad. She said she gave me two warnings. I don't think I was listening. She said she cried too when she left the house and really missed me. I think she is hoping I will cooperate more with getting dressed now.
Wednesday we had a great family day. We all piled in the chariot and rode to my class. Mom and Dad and Zac waited for me to be done, then we rode on to Target to get some more swim aids - I am really getting comfortable in the water, so I got some arm bands and Zac got a big supportive inflatable saucer so he can be in that while Mom and Dad teach me to swim. Then we rode to the mall and rode on the Zip train and got ice cream. Then we rode home. Zac was falling asleep on me almost the whole time, and then I fell asleep on him on the way home. We are getting used to being in the chariot together. It was just over 20 miles roundtrip, and Mom was pleased with herself and said she felt good, but she didn't have to pull Zac and me.
Today we went grocery shopping in the morning and then to the pool to try our new toys in the afternoon. I loved that Mom could take Zac and me in the big pool by herself now that we have the extra floating toys. While we were there Dad showed up after sleeping today - he worked last night. We had so much fun. I "swam" back and forth to Mom and Dad with out any floaties, I have figured out how to hold my breath and go under water for a few seconds. Zac is really comfortable in the water too, just hanging out in his huge saucer while we play.
Zac is moving around so fast. He has started to crawl up the stairs - and has fallen down one step once. He is cruising on all the furniture, and is starting to let go in between furniture pieces and can balance for a split second. He is talking, doing the mamamama and ababababa, and you can see his two bottom teeth (his second arrived 4-5 days after his first) when he smiles. He is getting really fun to play with, but has started really annoying me by taking everything I am playing with. Mom wants him to get strong enough to defend himself, she says she doesn't like getting in between our fights. She keeps saying she sounds more and more like her mom.....
well, thanks for reading and enjoy the pics....

Busy Week
We had a full week this week - we had a party on saturday, so all day friday and saturday morning we were cleaning the house. It looks amazingly organized and we actually dusted too. I helped vaccuum the whole dining area. Dad also worked hard and got the deck almost completely done - just a couple more boards to lay and then the rails and stairs need to be done and he is done. Mom is already planning his next project. She is crazy - she wants him to be done but also keeps coming up with new projects. Typical wife.
Izaac got his first tooth on friday, on the bottom right, and Mom and Dad think the other bottom tooth is about to come out too.
So the party was really fun! My cousins Sammer, Tia, Ariadnee and all their parents plus auntie Nada and uncle Tony and Grandma and Jiddo were all here. After dinner we went to the pool, but we forgot our camera so we don't have any fun pool pictures.
Sunday Mom and Dad left us with Grandma and Jiddo all day and went to a John Prine concert. They said they had a lot of fun, but I bet we had even more fun because Grandma and Jiddo's community pool had a party and all my cousins came to that too. Zac and I had two days at the pool with our cousins and Grandma and Jiddo.
Monday Ariadnee came over, and Mom tried to get us to nap together, so we didn't nap very well, so I was in a foul mood.
Yesterday Mom worked, and Zac and I got to spend all day with dad, who took us to the park before naptime and then went to the pool in the afternoon. I really love going to the pool. Zac loves it too.
Today I went with Mom on her run - she started running again about a month ago, but was so out of shape she couldn't run and push the jogging stroller. Today she was able to push me. She still runs slow, but she says she doesn't have to stop as much. Then we went to school - I go on wednesdays for an hour - while dad stayed home with Zac. Zac was only up for an hour and then took a three hour nap! He was still sleeping when mom and I got home from school. Then Grandma and Jiddo came over with sandwiches and we went to the.... pool! Again! It is really fun when both Mom and Dad are there, because I got to swim in the big pool with both of them and Izaac. Grandma and Jiddo had fun watching and taking pictures, but once again we forgot our camera. I am not worried - we go to the pool all the time, we will someday remember the camera.
Talk to you later!

Last day at gymnastics
Hey there!
Yesterday was my last day of gymnastics for the summer. I have a few extra sessions, so mom said we can go a few times in the next few weeks, but not every week. I graduated from the superbeast class and will start the fall in the funny bugs class, where I am in class by myself instead of having mom or dad in there with me. My teacher says I can move up, even though I'm not three yet, because I am so independent. After gymnastics Mom and Zac and I went to Lowe's to order the rails for the deck (or Dad's nemesis, as the case may be) but the guy there said they are going to start carrying them in a couple weeks and will be cheaper to buy then, and Mom is all about cheap. Then we went to Dairy Queen for lunch and ice cream, and I ate two hot dogs and an ice cream. We then went home, had a nap and got up and went to our community pool. Izaac and Mom and I all swam in the baby pool, but I couldn't go to the big pool. Mom says there has to be someone else there to watch Zac if she is going to take me into the big pool. I can't wait till Dad's work week is up, then maybe we can all go to the pool and then I can get in the big pool. It was a great day, and I was happy all day. The day before I had to share Mommy with Zac and Ariadnee (my cousin) and I was bumming pretty much all day, even though I love Ariadnee.
This morning was good too - went out to breakfast with Mom and Dad and Zac and then to preschool for an hour, we made tiny kites to hang on the wall.
Zac is so fussy lately, we are all expecting his two bottom teeth to pop out at any second, but they just haven't done it yet. Not having teeth hasn't stopped him from eating everything Mom and Dad put in front of him - even black beans this morning! He also is pushing the walker across the living room - walking!
Talk again soon!

Outside again, finally
We have had a ton of rain lately, and mom was going crazy. We finally got out and went for a walk this afternoon. Took Courtney too - she and I had a blast playing in the overflooded lake near our house. Mom didn't care what we did, she was so relieved to not be cooped up in the house with us kids. Izaac went in the stroller without his car seat, he is really getting big.
Well, my potty training has had some snags lately. I think it is ok, but Mom and Dad don't seem to appreciate it when I pee in a plastic toy container in the living room. I just can't be bothered to go all the way to the bathroom. And I don't want to poop in the potty, especially cause I'm not getting any more treats. I have also tried peeing in the grass. I like that too, but Mom and Dad keep wanting me to go inside and pee on the potty. At least I am not pooping in all these different places.
This morning we went and checked out Aunty Nada and Uncle Tony's new house. It was cool - empty for lots of running around, and smooth wood floors to boot.
Till next time....
thanks to all of you who have posted a reply....
